Traditions MGA event on Saturday April 21, 2018

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Traditions for putting on a great event on Saturday. It was their Mem-Mem,Mem-guest tournament and we had a good crowd for the event. There were 28 teams and a wide assortment of players from members to guests. The weather was a bit cool in the morning with spotty rain but warmed up in the afternoon to make it a very pleasant day. I just wished my golf game would have been so nice. I struggled for most of the day trying to find something that worked. I did find a swing thought on the back side that seemed to work for most of the nine but as most things happen when one thing starts to click what was working before seems to fade. That is why golf is such a great game and one that yes no one will master even though as mere mortals we still think we can.

I will write more on the actual swing thoughts throughout the round and the things that worked and didn’t work while i was playing.

The course was in excellent condition and the greens were perfect.

I look forward to playing on them again very soon since I am getting ready for the Mesquite Amateur at the end of May.
