Congratulations

It was an amazing Masters event and golf tournament again this year. There are always many things that make the Masters a special event.

First i would like to say congratulations to Patrick Reed ( captain America) as he is called by some. The win was well deserved he played the best and definitely putted the best of the players in the final groups. He held together for the back nine stretch and showed others that he could win under the spot light of the last group and also the lead and close the deal for the win. The put at 3 was crucial, as well as the putt n 12, and the great two putt on 17, along with the great two putt on 18 to close it out to beat Ricky Fowler.

Secondly congratulations to Ricky Fowler. I am sad he didn’t win not that Patrick wasn’t deserving, but so close once again. RIcky should be proud of his performance and especially the birdie on 18 to make Patrick earn the jacket. Ricky play well and his score would have won 90 % of the tournament in the past however as he said in the interview you have to beat all the guys out here for the win. What a incredible sport as well waiting at the scores tent to congratulate Patrick on his win. I wish all the luck in the world to Ricky he is deserving of a major win.

Third, what can you say about Jordan Speith. What an amazing player and doing so from so far behind. Some exciting golf and incredible shots and i guess he must have put his putter in the microwave to get it hot before play on Sunday because it came hot and stayed that way until the final putt on 18. It’s there is in consolation it wouldn’t have made a difference in the outcome of the winner but he would have tied Ricky for second.

Fourth Paul Casey the last person to make the cut and had to play with a marker on Saturday. To come close and shoot the tournaments low round on Sunday and get himself in the top 30 was amazing.

In conclusion, i want to say WOW, once again one of the finest tournaments, events, in any sport to watch. The only thing I can say is i cant wait till next year to see what happens on the back nine on Sunday at the Masters.
